We're currently conducting customer interviews to fully understand the problems, pain points and nice to have features in the following areas:

• Feedback or rating systems related to providing a service, product or content.
• Feedback systems for product / design reviews
• Analytics or insights associated with the above
• User trust associated with ratings / reviews.

The session will take place over the phone or in person, and will be with Nick Holland ( founder / developer ) and potentially one of the psychologists currently helping Limbick.
